Organic restaurant of family-style Mexican cuisine
Using local seasonal organic products from the areas surrounding Mexico City, from farm to table, directed by chefs Anita Pereyra and Jonathan Rodríguez. They share their journey and experiences through dishes where the ingredient is the protagonist, celebrating the cultural richness of Mexican cuisine through the family traditions inherited from their grandparents and parents, who transmitted the identity of their roots, reflected in each dish.
Among our main objectives is the mission to promote local and responsible consumption, supporting producers to continue cultivating with love and responsibility.
